Do you need help or support for your eating disorder?

FREED (First Episode Rapid Early Intervention for Eating Disorders) is a service for 16 to 25-year-olds who have had an eating disorder for three years or less (anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder or another eating disorder). Young people getting help for their eating disorder through FREED are given rapid access to specialised treatment which gives special attention to challenges we know young people face during these years of their life, and in the early stages of an eating disorder.

If you are a young person and would like support with an eating disorder, visit FREED's Get Help and Support page here to see what treatment options are available for you. If you are in an area where FREED treatment is available, they will let you know. If FREED treatment isn’t available in your area, they will help you find other options.
